Managing User Invitations to View Profile

If allowed by your myFolio Admin, Users can invite others from their school to view their Profile. From the HOMEPAGE, the User should click SCHOOL which will take them to the School Directory.

The School Directory lists the people that use your school's Folio site. My Directory includes you, your Collaborators, and people you have invited to view your Profile. You can select View All to see everyone. You can Filter by Visibility to see people who can view your Profile, Notes, or Surveys.

By using the Filter or clicking on View All Users can search for other members of the school community.

Once the User has found the person with whom they want to allow to view their profile, they click MANAGE INVITATIONS.

Once the User has invited a colleague to view their profile, this is what the SCHOOL screen will look like:

Users can always revoke viewing ability by clicking on MANAGE INVITATIONS

And then REVOKE INVITATION TO VIEW PROFILE.

NOTE: These are one-way invitations. The other user will need to need to allow the User to view their profile if desired.
