Themes can be created by the myFolio Admin and then used by faculty and staff to align their professional goals and posts in the Community Feed to school-wide priorities. We recommend schools create three to five Themes.
To create one or more themes, a myFolio Admin can follow these steps:
- Sign into myFolio and click Manage, then Themes
- On the Theme Manager page, click the “New Theme” button.
- Complete the New Theme form which consists of:Name (up to 75 characters)
- Click the “Create Theme” button to save your theme and make it visible to your school.
Themes can be managed (viewed, edited or deleted) from the Theme Manager page.
Deleted Themes are no longer available for use at your school, but will still be associated with Goals or Posts for historical purposes.
